Temporary immutability: A removable blockchain solution for prosumer-side energy trading

Recently, blockchain adoption in prosumer-side energy trading has been actively studied. However, most of the conventional frameworks permanently store all transactions which increases management cost and reduces user privacy. Additionally, existing solutions focus on facilitating negotiation, while ignoring two critical issues: data acquisition contract execution. The former refers to process collecting power generation/consumption information from on-site resources is required scale. latter adjusting controllable loads’ operation real-time. In this paper, we propose a removable architecture that introduces Temporary Chain (TC) where can be stored for particular period time. enables an manager node effectively collect real-time load control. TC volume scalability, throughput, privacy users latency. We present approaches implement are: i) blackboard central authority stores temporary transactions, ii) ledger. introduce lightweight mode transfer data. implementation results show proposed framework storage size delay throughput.
